Appartement très bien équipé et confortable ; la grande terrasse avec sa vue sur le chateau est superbe. Espace de vie spacieux et bien agencé. Les petit plus, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Nancy qui nous a accueillies, très facilitante et aidante, les guides mis à disposition par Eric et le classeur d'accueil avec des idées de sortie. L'appartement est à 10mn à pied du centre ville, on a tout à côté.
Le box/garage est assez difficile d'accès quand on a une grande voiture, il faut pas mal manoeuvrer pour se garer

Nous avons vraiment apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement (on peut tout faire à pied dans Collioure), sa grande terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer, les vignes et les montagnes. L'espace de vie est spacieux et lumineux, doté d'une climatisation efficace. Les literies sont bonnes.
Une table de salle à manger plus grande ( car il y a largement la place) serait la bienvenue pour 5-6 personnes. Une des 3 chambres avait un ventilateur un peu bruyant et moins efficace. Des tapis de bain manquants. Un petit relent parfois au niveau des canalisations quand nous y étions... Peut-être dû à des travaux un peu plus bas dans la rue...
