About this villa rental
Easy to live on one level, all rooms are south facing and overlook a large terrace, 16m by 3.50. Heating and cooling by the ground + large canvas that unfolds to protect the sun's rays.
Living room, dining room, equipped kitchen: fridge, revolving oven, gas hobs, dishwasher, 2 sinks, adjoining storage room with microwave, sink, storage space.
2 bedrooms including - 1 parental, 1 bed 180cm or 2 -90cm,
separated 1 toilet, 1 bidet, 2 sinks, a shower, 1 separate dressing.
The other, 1 bed 160 cm, large wardrobe, bathroom, opposite - separate toilet. Large garage with water softener, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine.
A quiet area 10 minutes walk from the city center, nice views of the countryside, not overlooked.
Uzès, first duchy of France, beautiful little town, its narrow streets, its architecture, its place with herbs, located in a very beautiful area among olive trees, almond trees, vineyards as far as the eye can see ...
The Pont du Gard, a Roman aqueduct, which for years supplied drinking water to the city of Nîmes where water was collected at Uzès at the source of the Eure, a beautiful walk to the Eure valley.
Nîmes, the Roman, its bullring, the square house, the gardens of the fountain ..., Arles, Avignon, the Camargue with its wild lands, bulls, horses and flamingos.
The Cevennes, the sea, the 2 to one hour drive ...

We had a wonderful stay in Uzes.
The house was beautiful, with everything you could wish for and more.
Line (the host) was exceptional - super quick communication and even though we didn’t speak much of the same language we got by perfectly. She helped us with queries, offering us excellent advice and if anything needed attention at the property she dealt with it quickly.
Uzes is an incredible town, that we as a family fell in love with. We’ll certainly be back again

The lady who greeted us and checked us out of the property was lovely and although we unfortunately spoke limited French, we all managed to get by!
The house was lovely and clean and gave us plenty of space.
The property is in an excellent, quiet location, only a short 15 minute walk from the centre of Uzes.
It was extremely hot during our visit, but the air conditioned house was lovely and cool at all times.
The pool was a perfect size for our family of 4 adults and one child (7 years old). We had lots of fun playing in it!
The gardens are fully enclosed, which made it very safe for our little dog who also travelled with us.
We would not hesitate to stay here again, we were very sad to leave after a wonderful holiday.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette jolie maison moderne lumineuse et bien agencée. La terrasse et la piscine sont superbes. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !
La proximité des grands sites touristiques du Gard et de la charmante ville d’Uzes est parfaite.
