While only 40 minutes from downtown Tampa and Tampa International Airport, it also has quick access to Clearwater Beach, a grocery store and a multitude of restaurants and bars, but lacks the large crowds of Sand Key Park or Clearwater Beach! Belleair Beach is an upscale community located on one of Pinellas County's barrier islands in the west center portion of a tri-county metropolitan area. We have been coming to Clearwater Beach for 20 yrs. This was a great location and lovely townhome for a family of 4 with two teenage kids. We were here a month so having a new fully stocked kitchen was a plus since we did eat in quite a bit. JC was an excellent host and immediately answered texts. He even replaced the grill with a new one. This location is steps from the beach we enjoyed daily walks. The location is great and a bit more isolated from he downtown congestion.

When you rent JC's townhome, you are literaly 70 steps from the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, listening to the waves, watching the sunsets. Everything about the townhouse is great--beds comfortable, plenty of linens, dishes, etc. for either a weekend or extended stay. JC is extremely responsive to any questions or concerns you might have.
