The 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms are sure to please any discerning traveller. Assigned parking behind the house makes for speedy arrival and departure.

Each level of this elegant home boasts its own spacious balcony providing commanding views of the beach, the sea, and extraordinary sunsets the Gulf coast is known for. Perch on the tall Adirondack chairs or rest on a rocking chair while scanning the gentle waves for playful dolphins. In the late afternoon watch for the fabled "green flash" as the sun sinks gracefully into the water. Feel the stresses of everyday life melt away as you listen to the seagulls and soothing sounds of the surf lapping against the shore.

This family-friendly private home ona peaceful private beach offers a truly convenient location for guests seeking both relaxation and adventure. Situated just 10 minutes from vibrant downtown Clearwater, visitors can easily access a variety of activities, including fishing and water sports. Central cooling/heating and ceiling fans keep you comfortable, no matter the weather. Each bedroom and the living room has a "smart" TV with access to popular cable channels. We also provide free WiFi (unlimited 5G) at no extra charge.
Main Floor:
One flight up, this level boasts a comfortable beach-themed living room. Here you can either sit outside on the balcony, or rest indoors on the cozy chairs and sofas. This level also houses a large, windowed kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size ice-making fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. You'll find a wide variety of cookware, dishware and utensils. Two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) help get you caffeinated in the morning. The tucked away Queen bedroom with adjacent full-size bathroom is also located on this level.
Second Floor:
The Master suite with king bed is on this level. The Master suite offers two seating areas - perfect for reading before bedtime or watching TV. The en-suite Master bathroom features a soaking tub with beautiful views, as well as a separate glass enclosed shower and double vanitie with wraparound mirrors. Like the first level, there is a sliding door leading to a spacious balcony where you can watch the beach activities by day and count the stars at night. The Twin bedroom, conveniently located on this level, has two twin beds and adjacent, full-size bathroom with a shower and tub. Pack lightly - there is an energy efficient, stacked washer/dryer on this level and we provide complimentary laundry pods and dryer sheets.
Shaded Deck:
Your own PRIVATE shaded deck below the house is directly on the sand, just footsteps away from the water. YOU DO NOT SHARE THIS DECK WITH ANYONE ELSE! Dimmable lighting lets you enjoy this area after sundown and with an outdoor shower, you can rinse off before heading back indoors.

I cannot begin to list my favorite things about this house because the answer is "Everything!!". The description of the home in the listing is exact, and you simply will not find better hosts! The home and location are perfect, and we dream of returning to vacation there again one day!

While this house is directly on the beach with fantastic views there's a few things that took me off guard that you couldn't gather from the vrbo listing. I believe will help people make a more educated decision.
The house is in a tight area that has 6 other house right up next to it that shares the parking lot and a walkway to the beach. It's a tight you get to know the other guest very quickly.
As for the listing not giving you the entire picture the bottom deck as wonderful as it is had no night lighting so after the sun went down it was completely dark and it was sad there was no GRILL ( it does however state that in listing ) so the deck was really only usable to set under during the day. As for being 1700 square feet we found that hard to believe. It was a very tight squeeze for 6 people for a week. Kitchen was very outdated and needed a good cleaning before we used it. Everything did operate correctly which is always a good thing. The floors in the kitchen and living area we swept and mopped before we even unpacked as they need a good DEEP clean.
Furniture in living and dining room needs to be completely replaced as it's past the point of cleaning.
As an overall i was happy to be at the beach where we spent most of our time but if we all would have been stuck inside for a rainy day no one would have enjoyed it. So i have mixed feelings on this stay. Definitely not worth the price.
