About this house rental
Your vacation home is located on 2 gently sloping lots with over 220 feet of relaxing waterfront. With 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ baths your family and friends will have plenty of room to relax and unwind. There are games and toys for the children, books, big screen TVs with Roku and free WiFi. The large kitchen has everything you will need to make memorable family meals. There is also an outdoor gas BBQ for that big cookout. You can enjoy the large, covered, wrap around deck with awesome lake views. Down by the lake there is a large fire pit for fun evenings together. The large, private dock will comfortably house your boats with an excellent spot to swim, relax or do a little fishing. Just minutes to restaurants and shopping in the town of Wedowee and only 600 feet to a public boat ramp. You will love this vacation spot!

We are a family of 9 - three generations - ages 7 to 73. This home was ideal. It's large, with bedrooms on all three floors (first, second and terrace level). The living room and kitchen were plenty big for the whole family and the back porch/deck - which is the full width of the house - faces the lake and was perfect for us to spend so much outdoor time on. The views of the lake are awesome, and the dock and floating dock made it fun to just sit out or swim. Even found time to light the fire pit and make s'mores this year. We found this gem last summer, and after spending time there last year decided it was the place for our family vacation again. And we'll most likely be going back again next year. Thank you Chez Wiig for a fabulous family vacation!

We took our family vacation down to the lake this year and it was perfect. The kids enjoyed the water. We had plenty of room for our family and the back porch is where we stayed.

The house was larger than expected with PLENTY of room for 8-10 people inside and outside. We never felt cramped nor inadequately spaced even for bathroom needs for such a group size. The dock and lake access couldn't have been better. Really cannot say enough positive things about this listing. Description and photos in listing were exactly as advertised. Price was very reasonable for accomodations.
