About this house rental
Perfect lake home to get away with your family and friends for a relaxing and fun vacation. Beautiful lake views, comfortable beds and couches throughout. The 2 living areas give you plenty of space to breath. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.
There are lots of games, puzzles and books to enjoy. We have t-mobile I-net, Directv cable and 2 DVD players.

From the driveway, you enter the home on the main level and can see the lake from just about every window. The fully equipped kitchen has an island that seats 6. It opens into the family room with a dining table that seats 4, a stone wood burning fireplace and 60" TV. French doors lead out to the large covered porch that wraps around 3 sides of the home with a dining table that seats 6, a sofa, 2 cushioned chairs and 2 lounge chairs, gas grill and a Cornhole set. It overlooks the lake on 3 sides. The master bedroom, adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet include a chest of drawers and are all spacious.

Head upstairs (level 2) to a sitting area, down the hall to a bedroom with 2 twin beds and a large closet and chest of drawers for unpacking and further down the hall to a full spacious bathroom.
TERRACE LEVEL:

*Bunk room (Twin over Full + 1 Queen)/ Closet
*Guest Room (Queen) / Connecting Bathroom/ Closet
From the main level, you can also go downstairs to the terrace level. There is a 2nd family room with a sofa, foosball and pingpong tables. There are 2 guest rooms and a large shared bathroom. Both have spacious closets and dressers for unpacking. Walk out the French doors to a terrace and down the path to the dock. Path is moderately steep.
There is a 4 burner gas grill (shown in the photos). The kitchen is stocked with a good variety of most commonly used spices, oil, vinegars, etc. We also provide paper towels, TP, napkins, dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, little shower soaps and hand soap in each bathroom.
We feel like comfortable beds and bedding are important to a great stay away from home. Our mattresses are all well-made and sheets are soft. Not only do we rent our home but our family also stays there as much as possible.
I mention in the descriptions above but all 4 bedrooms have dressers and spacious closets for unpacking and storing luggage.

Once you are booked and receive the address, Google Maps and Waze seem to provide the most accurate directions.

We had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful, access to the lake is perfect, the kitchen is well stocked. The location is very close to grocery store and restaurants. We have been going there for years and will continue to vacation there. Brian and owners are always very helpful.

Worthwhile stay again - clean home with ample amenities to make a large group comfortable. Ping pong table was a hit with the kids and the dock had chairs and ropes available for recreation. Communication with property management was informative and helpful. This is our favorite place to stay on Lake Wedowee because the setup is fantastic - main floor master and the kids enjoy having their own space on the ground floor.

This is the second year we have stayed here. Bryan was great with the check-in process. The house has everything and the layout is perfect for 12 people. House is very clean, it has a lot of extras and a beautiful lake view. Coming back next year!
