At Villa Clelia *** - Guest House - you will be welcomed in a typical Piedmontese house, very spacious and bright facing south-west surrounded by balconies, terrace, patio and gardens.

Because in Italy, the B & B version (bed & breakfast / bed and breakfast) is not respected as the origin of its creation. Although the title says, there is no obligation to breakfast and even less to include it with the reservation, so nothing or extra to pay. In addition Italian law prohibits fresh breakfasts, homemade. Everything is industrial. Only B & Bs or agritourism declared as producers or restaurants can serve as 'homemade', regional and fresh products.

They are reserved at the same time only on condition of 2 couples of friends (or a 3rd friend), to a couple with 2 or 3 children (of more than 7 years).

These 2 bedrooms have real beds of 160 cm; they are located on the 1st floor of the house with a large sunny balcony facing south-west and views of the mountains.
A toilet and shower room are available.
Fresh breakfast is included.
For stays from 4 nights, a private 'tavern' of 20 m² including a kitchenette, living room, bathroom and its 60 m² patio with pool; table, chairs, deckchair, barbecue are available free of charge so that guests have more comfort and ease to enjoy the villa and their stay.
Washing machine also accessible from 4 nights.
In summer, the minimum rental for the stay is 2 nights.
During your stay in this "bellissima" lake region you can discover: - Lake Maggiore and its Borromean Islands, - Lake Orta and its island San Giulio, - The lakes of the mountains, - Lake Varese, - Lake Como and around, on the banks and in the mountains, magnificent villages and landscapes where Art, Culture, History intertwine that many poets, writers, painters, filmmakers have frequented and transcribed in their works.
- On reservation and extra cost (specialized guide), beautiful hikes are possible in the mountains such as Macugnaga and Monte Rosa, San Domenico, Formazza, Devero, Antrona, Santa Maria Maggiore ... with me but for hikers , with a confirmed mountaineer.
- On reservation, practice of climbing (children and adults beginners, intermediate and confirmed) in natural environment.
- On reservation, I can serve as a guide for half or full day.
- On reservation, relaxation session with Tibetan bowls.
- Rental of boats and sailboats on Lake Maggiore.
- Possibility to rent scooters (50 and 125 cm3).
- Italian and French courses possible.
