*** Please note: There is the possibility of construction on the lot next door. They are non-resident owners, and a non-local contractor. Construction commenced 3 years ago. A new slab has been poured for a 'caretaker cottage' out front of the 3 existing buildings, and apparently forming will begin in March. I will update if I ever find out more, but suffice to say there is the possibility of construction on the lot next door for the next few years.
Zoe's at North Beach is a 3 bedroom house located directly across the road from beautiful North Chesterman Beach. The house has a master bedroom with ensuite on main floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bathroom, a half bathroom downstairs, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace in livingroom, hot tub and barbecue on wraparound porch, hot outside shower, surf racks if needed, wireless internet, great reading material, as well as many other amenities.

Loved Zoe’s place so much. It’s the perfect spot. 30 sec walk to the beach and shower and hot tub right there. We will definitely be back again.

Well-appointed house in a perfect location. Very comfortable beds/linens, and we appreciated the use of the hot tub after a day on the beautiful beach.

My son and his family were visiting from Denmark, and everyone loved the delightfully designed and appointed home, and its proximity to North Chesterman beach access. Long walks, bracing dips, and lovely sunsets are treasured memories for them to bring back home. As a Vancouver Island resident for 43 years, it was the realization of a dream I long imagined. Zoe’s could not have been more perfect, and our host was helpful and supportive when I experienced a dead battery one morning. The hot tub and house were impeccably maintained, and my only regret is that I never have learned to surf. There were ample opportunities to enjoy the surf without crowds. Thank you Zoe!!

We (parents and adult kids) enjoyed a terrific week at Zoe's place! A lovely house which is very nicely and comfortably furnished and has excellent amenities. The location cannot be beat for access to the nicest beach in Canada. Zoe is great... welcoming, friendly and helpful. We shall return!
