TOFINO ESCAPE: Perfectly located in the town of Tofino, this is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental. This stunning home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living area that leads off to an outdoor deck with a private hot tub, surfboard rack and outdoor seating.
You will be greeted by a large modern entryway with ample space for your group to unload luggage during your arrival. Just off the entryway there is a queen bedroom and down the hall is a shared bathroom. Upstairs there are two king bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom that can be shared and both king bedrooms have a patio close by to enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs also has an office nook furnished with a desk perfect for those that need to get some work done while travelling. The home offers a washer and dryer which becomes very handy for longer stays or after many beach visits!
This home is perfect for those who enjoy walking in town where some of the best restaurants and shops are located. Shelter restaurant, is close by, one of the locals favorite. There is a newly paved bike path that takes you to all the beaches Tofino has to offer. Perfect location for those who want to leave the car at home!

Host Rules:
Renter's Agreement: Guests must sign the Renter's Agreement to confirm their reservation.
Age min: must be 25 years or older to book.
Guest Limit: As per Tofino Bylaws, a maximum of 6 guests (including babies and children) are allowed. If a reservation exceeds this limit, we reserve the right to ask the guests to leave.
During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.
3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays.
Pet Policy: 1 dog allowed (with owner's approval).
Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws.
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation.
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

Unit was nicer than pictured. Wonderful location, we parked once for our 2 night stay and walked every where. Hot tub was awesome with the cooler Fall weather. We didn’t do any major cooking but the kitchen was well stocked if we had wanted to. Beautiful serene decor- my sons partner called it her “dream house “Thank you to the hosts for good communication during our stay

The home was in a great location close to all amenities. There were only a few items that I would suggest to improve. The washer had black mold all around the front so we were not comfortable washing our clothes in the machine. The hot tub was very dirty when we first got in and had to clean it ourselves. Also, the pots/pans need to be replaced.
Otherwise, the location was great and very spacious for all of us. The beds were very comfortable and washrooms were supplied with amazing shampoo/conditioner/body wash.
