About this house rental
Waterfront townhome in convenient midtown location. Walk to beach, Jolly Rogers water park, restaurants and entertainment. After a day at the beach or pool, sit on your waterfront deck and enjoy the breeze and stunning sunset. On occasion, you may even see dolphins playing in the canal. The property is located on a quiet street yet it is close to everything OC has to offer. There is a community pool across the street in season. Updated unit. Kitchen suitable for cooking if desired. There is one dedicated parking place for the unit as well as one shared guest parking spot that is on a first come first serve basis. However there is plenty of free on street parking. Unit comes with free WiFi, W/D.
While we are dog friendly, our HOA does not permit renters to have pets visit. We do have a dog in unit when we visit, so if you have allergies this would not be a good fit.
We do not provide refunds for weather issues unless Ocean City is evacuated. If you are concerned about weather or illness, please purchase trip insurance.
We do have Eufy camera at front door for security purpose. There are no interior cameras

This property is a great find!!! As a first time customer of VRBO I was skeptical. The property seemed a little too good to.be true for this last minute shopper. But, we had a great experience! The property was just like the photos. The deck was perfectly relaxing. Very few neighbors were around. It was great to watch the occasional boat cruise past the deck. Everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essential kitchenware. Best of all, the Owner was fantastic. Despite my many “newbie” questions (first time using Vrbo) the Owner responded quickly with clear instructions. Oh, there was also free on street parking for an additional car. Five of us stayed here very comfortably. Six would have been fine. This was a much better option than two hotel rooms! So glad we took a chance and tried this property.

Liz was a very good host and the home was perfect for 6 of us young adults staying for the Fourth of July. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and right in the heart of ocmd.

This property was wonderful! It looks exactly like the pictures! The house was spotless, and the kitchen was equipped with every dish, pot pan, and tool you would need. The bay views from the deck were great. The locaton is perfect, close enough to the action to walk, but far enough fom the action to relax. The owner was always available for questions and communications, fast to reply and made me feel welcomed. We had a fun,relaxing weekend. Would stay at property again!
