Welcome to Your Bayside Getaway in Ocean City, MD!
This family-friendly beach house is perfectly situated on the bayside, surrounded by water on two sides, offering a private dock with boat lift ideal for boating, crabbing, or fishing. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee on the spacious back deck or entertaining at sunset, the waterfront setting makes for a memorable stay.
Inside, the home features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats 3, plus a dining table that expands to seat up to 8. The open family room includes a TV with Roku and DVD player for cozy evenings in. Primary bedroom also features Roku-enabled TV—please remember to sign out of any personal streaming accounts before checkout. A washer and dryer are conveniently located off the dining area. Just steps from the front door, the community pool offers a refreshing option for the whole family. There is also a gas grill and ample parking available.
You're less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk tram, and right behind the house is the waterpark and children’s amusement park—plus plenty of restaurants and the popular Salty Dog Pub.
Access Details:
The home is equipped with a smart lock. You’ll receive your unique entry code prior to check-in for a smooth and secure arrival.
House Rules:
No smoking inside the property
No parties or events—this is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood
Registered guests only—no unregistered overnight visitors
Quiet hours begin at 10 PM
Please remove shoes indoors to help maintain flooring
All trash must be placed in the outside bins before checkout
Dishwasher must be run and emptied
Return the pool key fob to the hook over the dryer ($100 fee if lost)
Lock the sliding back door when you leave
No pets allowed (local pet care facilities are nearby)
We do not rent to high school graduates or student groups
Sign out of all personal streaming services on the Roku TVs before departure
Community & Parking Reminders (Gull Way Association):
Park only under the carport or around the swimming pool—do not park in front of the house (vehicles may be towed)
Renters may not invite outside guests to the pool
No glass, floats, or wheeled items in the pool area
Children under 15 must be supervised
No loud music, abusive language, or smoking in the pool area
Please respect community quiet hours and keep noise to a minimum
No cooking on balconies or decks

Always love to come back to this place!! The house is decorated well and very homey. The beds are comfortable and the home is well maintained. It has a community pool right out front and the community is family friendly. Jolly Roger Park and Jolly Roger Water Park are walking distance for teens. The canal and dock are great for a 20 foot boat and it's the easiest boat slip in the neighborhood and plus it's protected from storms unlike bayfront docks. Owners are great with communication and respond quickly to any questions. Plan to book again!

Pros: Great location-down the street from restaurants and attractions BUT an extremely healthy walk to the beach and Boardwalk across a busy highway. Parking at the beach is challenging, be prepared to pay. The townhouse neighbors were very friendly and helpful. The shared community pool is close by, clean and rarely crowded. The overall size of the unit was perfect for our family of 6. Accessible to boat docking and launching if you have watercraft.
CONS:
The townhouse is in desperate need of updates and a good, thorough cleaning. I'm not sure how much care is given between renters. Kitchen: inside of the oven was filthy. Coffee maker burn unit totally rusty and fried. Stove top heating element took unusually long time to heat. Bathrooms- both with poorly draining showers( had to use a plunger after each use to drain standing water) Living room- ants by sliding glass door which was very hard to open. Bedrooms- bunks in kids rm with loose bolts. Shaking when even small children got in bed. Good thing we had tools with us. One of other beds with dark, long hair all over it! In the listing renters should be told to bring their weeks worth of toilet paper, paper towels.. We arrived late and had 2 half rolls of toilet paper.. had to make a trip to the store.
