About this apartment rental
To complete your reservation, you are required to complete and submit the Lodging Agreement, Guest List as well as the driver's license of the person age 25+ who signs the Lodging Agreement to the owner. You may email the documentation to me at

Our condo is available for family and friend groups as well as student groups of up to 8 guests. We request compliance with the Condo Association Rules as the owners of the community are committed to reinforcing them to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay. Sorry, pets are not permitted at this location.
Our unit if located on the first floor on the corner of Building #3 right next to one of the main parking lots. Free on-site permit parking is available on all the parking lots however, only one vehicle per unit is allowed on the front main lots from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend. Only one additional vehicles is allowed in the back lots. All other vehicles must be parked on the street - free parking. You will be provided with the parking permit the day of your stay to avoid the risk of being towed. You must print the permit and place it in your vehicles.
One bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed; the other bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed with a twin and full bed. We DO NOT PROVIDE linens and towels however we do provide mattress covers and comforters for each bed as well as extra pillows and blankets.
There is a laundromat up the street at the shopping center on 27th Street and Philadelphia Avenue. There is also a towel and linen rental agency in the area - https://ocbeachandlinenrental.com.
Recently installed new carpeting throughout the condo as well as a new dining room set and living room chair. Free cable and WiFi are provided.
We provide 1 trash bag, 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels at the start of your stay.
Smoking is only permitted outside the condo. Please use the ash trays. Please be sure to pick up all trash outside the unit. The trash bin is located in the next parking lot straight down the sidewalk leading to Bayshore Drive.
A full-size In-ground swimming pool is located on the center of the complex which is only to be accessed by guests staying at the unit. No outside visitors are permitted.

It was an okay place to stop. I would not say I liked it or loved the place but it was fine for one night. The place was outdated and slightly run down with signs of wear and tear such as dimples in the wall and chipping paint. The beds were creaky and the host does not supply sheets or any linens needed including towels. The worst of it was the smell. It hits you as soon as you walk in, and it lingered. It’s hard to describe besides a smell of mildew and “old”. I had trouble sleeping because of the smell. Positives: The host was very nice and the shower pressure was good. Great location to the board walk, only a 15 minute or less drive. Plenty of space for our group and more. Easy parking as well.
