Wild Bay Landing #8 is a luxury bayside townhouse, offering the perfect getaway for you and your family! This four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom townhome features a furnished balcony and deck with stunning views of the beautiful Assawoman Bay. The sliding deck doors bring in plenty of natural light, brightening up the space. Upstairs, you'll find a cozy dining area for family meals and a fully-equipped kitchen with a wide countertop, perfect for a quick bite. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom has a full-size bed. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. The fourth bedroom features a pyramid bunk with a trundle (1 double, 2 twins, with the trundle suitable for a child). There’s also a game room with a pool table for added fun. This property comfortably sleeps up to 10 people and provides a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. The property is non-smoking, does not rent to groups, and does not allow pets.

The place is great with multiple balconies, sunrise/sunset views, overall cleanliness etc. I would definitely recommend it if going to Ocean City. The only complaint our group had is there were no linens or towels, no toilet paper and no paper towels. The listing is on VRBO through a third party and I’m sure they told us in an email it was extra, but we didn’t catch it prior to arriving. This should be more clear in the VRBO listing.

Great property with beautiful views of the bay. Location was nice and close to so many amazing restaurants for Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner. Everything went smooth with rental company. Fast and easy check in and out. Got to watch an awesome lightning storm over the bay. Would recommend to anyone
