About this house rental
Enjoy this beautiful, newly remodeled 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath mountain duplex home with family and friends. Imagine gathering around the brand new kitchen stocked with all the necessities needed. Gather around the fireplaces, watch movies and sports (Smart TVs with all the premium channels including Netflix and HBO), soak in the private hot tub after a day of activities, play poker/mahjong or scrabble. Step into the sunroom with a daybed, swivel chairs and wet bar with refrigerator. An ideal spot with gorgeous views of the lawn to enjoy morning coffee, curl up with a great book or an afternoon cocktail. From here you have access to the 2nd deck with a private hot tub for 6-8 persons, or the 3rd deck with outdoor seating and a fire pit.

This lovely mountain home is nestled in the quiet golf course community of Eagle Vail. Take advantage of the amenities this neighborhood has to offer; from nordic ski trails, sledding and snowshoeing in the winter to golfing, tennis, swimming in the community salt water pool and exploring the children’s parks in the summer. **Non-residents (guests) will need to purchase daily passes to enjoy EagleVail’s community amenities.
The property is located just 2 miles from Beaver Creek and 7 miles from Vail Resort, so getting to the slopes in the winter is just a short drive away. For the more adventurous guest, the ECO transit bus stop is approximately one half mile away, just about a 10 minute walk.
For indoor fun, head over to the Avon Recreation Center where, for a small fee, you'll not only find a swimming pool, hot tub, yoga, cardio equipment and Pilates classes, but also an aquatic center that includes a lap pool, climbing wall (off large pool), water slide and lazy river that provides loads of fun for the whole family.

I don’t really know where to begin. I’ve been going to Vail with my wife for 15 years, and before that with my family for over 20. We stayed everywhere. This particular trip was one of the best ones we’ve ever had mostly because of the beautiful house that we stayed in. Normally we’re going into town Most nights, but we couldn’t leave this house because it was just too cozy and awesome.
From the moment we walked in, it was welcoming, clean, perfectly set up, and the layout was just amazing. The fireplace consumed us every day and night. We somehow were able to actually Burn an entire cord of wood lol. Coming from Miami Beach we were enthralled by the wood-burning stove. Just sitting in front of the fire, watching it for hours.
The open concept of the updated kitchen, the step up dining area, the step down living room, and the sunroom offered perfect pockets to ponder the peaceful serenity of this home.
And the split level of bedrooms was exceptionally laid out. The privacy of the master bedroom suite and the second master on the upper floor plus the two extra bedrooms below with the game room offered a perfect escape for rest and relaxation away from the liveliness of the living room for those early to bed or late to rise.
And the location of the house provided ultimate quietness and privacy — away from the road, hugging the base of a mountain, surrounded by thick evergreens. A removed oasis, close to the best ski resorts in the world.
The digital welcome and information link made checking in, reviewing the how-to guide, and checking out a breeze. As a landlord myself, I gotta up my game :-)
The easy walk to the short bus ride to Vail or BC made being in Eagle Vail simpler than imagined.
April 2025 was one of our best trips to Vail ever, thanks to this beautiful, cozy, awesome home.

Elk Lane 61 A was a great spot for a BC/Vail ski vacation. The home is convenient, well-appointed and it was an easy, pleasant solution for 4 couples. Our group vacillates between all-inclusive and ala carte adventures. The close proximity of the Avon stores and ski areas made this easiest DIY trip we've ever had. The owners provided a full fit out and all sorts of extras in the kitchen and grill area making eating in hassle free. The hot tub was 2 steps outside the back door and received quite a bit of use après skiing. We'll be back.

Great House - layout super friendly for 8. Well equipped - all details are thought of. Management company was super responsive when we needed more firewood. Location was outstanding for Beaver Creek and Vail access. We will be back!thank you.
