About this house rental
Gorgeous Eagle-Vail duplex ideally suited for access to Vail and Beaver Creek. Also close to cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fly-fishing, golf, outdoor pool, and tennis courts. With two living areas, two king bedrooms, and the ability to sleep numerous kids and friends, this place is a perfect big-family/two-family ski house. Totally updated with new finishes and beautiful high-end furnishings.
This home sleeps 12-plus. Upstairs, the open great room is a beautiful space for families and friends to gather, with a large stone fireplace, open gourmet kitchen with a brand new induction range, and two large dining tables that easily seat 12 between the two of them. The master bedroom with a king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom is also on this upper floor.
On the main floor, relax, play board games, or watch TV in our cozy den. The second king bedroom and full bath is also on the main floor, as are the laundry room and garage access. Downstairs, there is space for kids to chill, along with two bedrooms, one with two sets of twin-over-full bunkbeds, and one with one twin-over-full bunkbed and a regular full bed. The downstairs also has a full bath. The home features a large deck and a fenced-in backyard for enjoying the mountain lifestyle.
The home was completely remodeled in 2018 with high-end finishes and beautiful new furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs with stainless steel appliances, a new induction range, brand-new pots & pans, knives, utensils, and dishes, plus a blender, toaster, coffee maker, spices, and cookbooks. There's a grill located on its own special deck conveniently located right off the kitchen. The fenced backyard features a brand-new flagstone patio.
Eagle-Vail is a friendly and scenic neighborhood ideally situated between Vail and Beaver Creek. Enjoy mountain walks, golf (or snowshoeing or cross-country skiing on the golf course), fly-fishing, and road cycling/mountain biking right out the front door, and skiing and snowboarding at two world-class resorts less than 10 minutes away. The home has a one-car garage plus parking spots for 2-3 cars in our driveway, as well as plenty of storage for skis and bikes. Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis. No smoking.

We had a large group staying in Vail for a few days of golf. The VRBO was in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. There was a slight glitch with the door code not working but our hosts were very responsive and quickly gave us a backup code that worked.

David was an awesome host and the house was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in the area for a winter ski trip ,,,would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

We absolutely loved staying at David and Bevin's home. It was decorated beautifully and everything was so comfortable. Everyone could have their own space and no one was on top of each other. We did a lot of cooking in the well-stocked kitchen and found it to be wonderful. We sat by the crackling fireplace and enjoyed our evenings. The hot tub was convenient and comforting after a day at the slopes. David and Bevin were accommodating, communicative and helpful. We could not have asked for more and can't wait to come back.

Great location to ski both Beaver Creek and Vail! The house was beautiful and we loved all the amenities!!! Would stay again for sure!!!
