About this house rental
Our home is very close to Beaver Creek & Vail, about 5 minutes driving from either mountain. You’ll love the place because of the space it provides and the quality of the furnishings, in addition to the beautiful views and proximity to hiking and mountain sports. The home is perfect for couples, families (with kids), and even big groups. We do not allow pets, and there is a lock-off on the property. You will not interact with the tenant except aside from sharing the garage. We offer space for 1 car in a heated, attached garage, with a second space directly behind the first vehicle, but outside. We will need to discuss any requirement for multiple cars. Further, because the driveway can get a little slick, we seriously recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle!

The house is in a perfect location and was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Great space for our multiple family trip for a baseball tournament. The checkout process was very convenient. A few items that were not clear at the time of booking that could be useful - parking could be challenging- if you have a large truck or SUV, it may be challenging to park in the one spot allowed in the garage as the other half is occupied by a large truck owned by the permanent resident. Smaller vehicles, you’ll be great. Plenty of space for families and has a peaceful back porch for relaxing in the cool mornings and evenings.

A/c in only one bedroom but fans sufficed. Lots of windows so be prepared to wake early with the sun!

A perfect stay in the mountains. The house is well appointed and roomy. The owners are incredibly responsive. I’d definitely stay here again.
