About this apartment rental
This recently restored apartment with free wi-fi connection is composed of a large kitchen/living room area, balcony with chairs and tables to eat outside, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom (with possibility to join the beds and/or convert them into bunk beds if needed to host up to 4 people), 1 bathroom with shower. The house has a large garden to share with barbecue area, washing machine, laundry area, outdoor shower.
The property is composed of two separate apartments, with two separate entrances and a balcony divided by a partition to guarantee full privacy.
The area and the house are recommended if you are looking for a quiet place where to relax and enjoy peace.
The property is just 300mts away from the sea which you can see from the terrace but it's very near to other beaches too. The area is very quiet and wild and yet very close to other beautiful beaches and touristy areas.
We don't have a parking space inside the property but there are some free spaces just outside the gate or at 100 meters away.
We provide linens only for the kitchen but we can rent linens and towels at 10 euro per person per week.
The use of the laundry machine is 5 euro per washing.
Final cleaning and electricity are included as well as whatever grows in the garden at the time of your stay (lemons, grapes, persimmons, apricots, figs. :-)

La maison est extrêmement agréable. Le jardin est édénique. On voit et on entend la mer. C'est un lieu rare et retiré.
Même faire la vaisselle devant les hibiscus est un bonheur. Quant aux hôtes, qui vivent au rez de chaussée, ils nous ont très vite donné le sentiment d'être un peu de leur famille. Bref, je recommande vivement, même si j'aurais préféré garder l'adresse secrète...

Angenehmes, solides Wohnambiente. Hanglage mit wunderbareren Blick über die Bucht. Trotz hoher Außentemperaturen war das Apt. noch angenehm kühl temperiert. Die Vermieter, welche auf dem gleichen Anwesen leben, sind sehr freundlich und kooperativ.
Der Badestrand befindet sich, ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für ausreichende Mobilität ist ein Fahrzeug empfehlenswert. W-LAN ist lediglich eingeschränkt möglich.
