Spacious *** apartment, all comfort, furnished with *** terrace of 12 m2 enjoying a splendid view *** on the old chin and the sea. Very charming. Ideal for enjoying the gardens of Menton, the hinterland and Italy.
Renovated in 2013, bedding changed in 2019.
Quiet, 10 minutes walk from shops and restaurants. 10 minutes walk from the sea.
4th floor by elevator
The apartment is rented with a secure parking space in the basement accessible by lift directly.

This flat had the perfect view. Perfect location with secure parking for 2m vehicle Ideal for 2 persons.However, the furniture had a lot to be desired, the sofas are uncomfortable and the plastic table and chairs for dining furniture wasn’t the best, so too the kitchen which was pretty old.

We were so pleased that the sofa bed was excellent, so comfortable. Laurence was super at corresponding, always a very quick reply. Nothing was too much trouble.

We enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable quiet apartment overlooking Menton old town. Exactly as described by the photos. Amazing views from the balcony. Very comfortable and well equipped. Easy and prompt communication with the owners. We would definitely stay there again.

Our second time this year to menton, first time in this apartment. Well equipped and well presented situated in a quiet clean block. Easy train for a visit to Monaco and Nice. Went inland to explore some of the nearby villages on the good local bus service. Was easy to get out and explore the area without a car . Menton is a lovely town with a great choice of restaurants serving lovely regional dishes. Overall, we love visiting Menton and the apartment was a great place to stay, the owner, Laurence was very helpful and quick to reply to any query we had. Overall, lovely apartment, lovely town.

Just perfect!

Just perfect!

The apartment is an unbelievable bargain. It is impeccably clean, stylish, with views around 300 degrees of the compass. Check-in and -out were smooth and easy. Parking below the apartment building, with an elevator. Furniture comfy, good kitchen and laundry facilities and a great bathtub. But the key feature is the great terrace looking down over Menton to the Mediterranean. It wraps around the corner of the building to view the Maritime Alps up close. The bedroom floor-to-ceiling window opens on an unused path up the mixed forest behind the apartment. (Yes, there are easy-to-use shutters.) Menton is a quieter spot along the French-Italian Riviera, just minutes by train or car from Monaco, Nice and Antibe in one direction, and Italy in the other. You could walk to Italy. We did walk to Roquebrune-Cap Martin. It is a higher priced part of the Mediterranean, which makes Laurence's place an even greater bargain. In the last two months we have had vacation rentals in Barcelona, Malaga and Granada, and hotels all over ten countries. Without a doubt, this was the finest by far.

We had a very good stay in the appartment in Les Orangers des Ciappes! Menton is a very nice town with nice beaches. We visited Italy and Monaco witch are nearby. The appartment was excellent with stunning views from the large terrace! We'll be back!

Having visited many parts of the French Riviera, this was our first time in Menton. We really liked the place with it's lovely old town and harbour. The apartment was really good (just as described) with all amenities, spacious rooms and a lovely balcony with superb views. Laurence and Patrice (the owners) gave us all the information we needed. Sylvie (the concierge) welcomed us and was very helpful. We would definitely recommend les Orangers des Ciappes and hope to return soon! Many thanks Paulette and Rick

Location of the apartment was perfect. Short walking distance to down town area and the beaches. Fantastic view from the big balcony. The apartment was nice, clean and in good condition with more appliances than we needed for a week. Very professional owners who gave us sufficient information and support as "first time" travelers to the french riviera. Thanks for a wonderful week.

Bel appartement avec une superbe vue sur la mer, la place de parking en sous sol est très appréciable. Tout est accessible à pied, la mer, le centre ville animé. Le TER permet de découvrir, si on aime marcher, les villes avoisinantes comme Vintimille en Italie ou Monaco, Cannes, Nice etc... sans utiliser la voiture. Merci à Mme BECU pour son implication et sa gentillesse. Séjour à recommander.

Die Wohnung liegt zwar in einem Gebäude, das im Kontext der Nachbarbebauung zwar eher als Bausünde gesehen werden muss, aber die Wohnung hat einen sehr schönen Zuschnitt. Das Highlight ist dabei der Balkon, von dem aus man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Stadt hat. Das daran liegende Wohnzimmer ist damit praktisch überflüssig. Wir haben es überhaupt nicht genutzt. Positiv war, dass man das Auto in der Tiefgarage abstellen konnte. Von der Wohnung aus war alles zu Fuß erreichbar.

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for two weeks for the second time! It was as good as the first time! Laurence is very nice to comunicate with and very forthcoming. Should you have any questions, she will provide you with information and help in no time! The flat is as goog as on the pictures and as described. The best is the view from the balcony! All day long something to enjoy! Thank you very much for the time we spent there!

l'appartement est très bien et très belle vue sur la mer. Faire bien attention que les travaux soient terminés sur la voie de chemin de fer et le tunnel qui sont en dessous de l'appartement car ils travaillent la nuit. Sinon les trains ne sont pas gênants.

Belle propriété à 10mn de la ville à pied trés bien entretenue Garage sous sol fermé Appartement spacieux au 4 eme étage avec ascenseur très bien exposé avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la ville Bien équipé mais certains éléments un peu vieillots et meme manquants ou à réparer Ménage à l arrivée vite fait dans les coins Les propriétaires ne venant pas très souvent il leur est difficile de faire un controle régulier Par contre bon contact avec eux

Très bel appartement, ainsi que les prestations. (literie +++) Emplacement de "rêve" sur la terrasse, du petit déjeuner au dîner à chaque repas, vous êtes devant une carte postale animée . La résidence ainsi que l'appartement sont très bien entretenus. Vue magnifique sur le vieux Menton à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage mais il faut le mériter car la route est très pentue en lacets. L'avantage c'est que l'air y est plus frais.

Grand appartement très lumineux et très calme avec superbe vue, tout près du centre (5min. à pied). L'emplacement de parking est très appréciable. Bonne communication avec les propriétaires, tout est bien organisé. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Certainement à recommander.
