About this apartment rental
This modern, newly remodeled condo w/Loft, is located right off the 101 freeway and I17. An excellent location, not far from Scottsdale, but also great access to I17 for trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, and other such destinations. Guests will love the private sleeping arrangements including a King sized Tempur-Pedic mattress, as well as our modern yet humble and simple decor. Relax in the roomy LOFT, with recliners and 65" TV.
A great place to relax in comfort and style, while visiting the beauty of what Phoenix has to offer. A quiet and cozy place to call home, temporarily, we will do everything possible to make your stay a wonderful experience. No pets are present nor allowed (please). As well, this being a very quiet location, please no parties or loud music. We hope you'll make the choice to stay with us and love it so much that you will plan to return in the future. This unit is available for longer stays, at reasonable cost, and will negotiate if requested.

This is a beautiful property with a wonderful host! Adrian was welcoming, very accommodating, and available when needed. This location was perfect, central to many spring training facilities, and it is a very quiet area. This condo was perfect for my family to enjoy a vacation. We would gladly stay here again and hope our future travel dates are available! Thank you, Adrian!

Great 2 bdrm condo, each bdrm has a bath, remodeled to the "max". Awesome 65" TV.
Adrian met us there, provided some goodies and made sure we were set up and answered our questions. Alexa was very nice and played great music for us!!
I highly recommend this rental.

Everything we could possibly need for a long weekend vacation was provided, with some thoughtful extras that added warmth to our welcome. The suite was large enough that two couples could be comfortable with two TVs, modern and comfortable furnishings, and access to the pool and garage. Location just fine for many and varied interests, with walk-able local resources, but also quick access to the highways for easy excursions to the surrounding areas. I would definitely vacation here again if opportunity arose.
