The condo is extremely well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. It’s conveniently located at the I-17 and 101 interchange, making it easy to get around the Valley. Quiet location with ample parking.

Great place to stay, a terrific central spot just off the highway that is very convenient for catching baseball games on either side of Phoenix and close to amenities.
We enjoyed our condo and the hosts were terrific to deal with as well.

The property is centrally located and close to I-17 and the 101. The condo is well appointed and within a gated community. The check in process was effortless. I would have given this property a higher rating but unfortunately, the unit was not as clean as would be expected with such an excessive cleaning fee. I did bring this up with the owner but was only offered a “thank you for your comments” as a response. If this were my unit (it would have been spotless) I would have offered a refund on the cleaning fee and most likely, hiring a new cleaning business.
