Experience ski-in/ski-out access to the slopes of Bald Mountain at this three-level condo nestled at the base of Warm Springs. The lifts are waiting right out back, and they can even be viewed from any of the condo's windows! After a thrilling day of skiing, hiking, mountain biking, or fishing, you'll come home to a heated community pool (open seasonally) where you can relax those tired bones.
Warm Springs Lodge is right next door, offering a food court where you can get coffee at the Konditorei before your day of skiing and hot buttered bourbon at the bar afterward. Downtown Ketchum and Sun Valley are just a few miles away, where you'll find more entertainment and dining in every season. Come summer, this area offers so much, including numerous hiking trails, paragliding excursions, various access points for a day of fishing.

Association WiFi can be unreliable, and difficult to stream media.
The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day, and then again from Thanksgiving through April 15.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family and I stayed here for a few nights to ski Sun Valley. The proximity to the warm springs base area was great! We were super comfortable and enjoyed watching the crews prep the mountain in the mornings and evenings — cool perspective right out the windows. The pool (more like a hot tub) was a nice bonus after a fun day skiing. We took the bus into town in the evenings for dinner and appreciated not needing to drive anywhere during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed the living room area but when I went down to the lower level I found that the bathroom had not been cleaned and there were hairs in the bed it was quite disgusting. We had trouble with the entry lock. And personally I feel the place was much smaller than what the photos portrayed. Although this sounds negative these problems were rectified quickly and in the winter time this place would be awesome for ski and ski out.
