This 2 bedroom 2 bath 2 story condo is located in SW Ketchum and will sleep up to 5 people. This condo is just a couple of blocks from downtown Ketchum. On the main level, you will find the living area with a twin futon, a gas fireplace, and 43 inch flat-screen TV with streaming and cable. Off this area is a deck with a gas grill and outdoor furniture with seating for five. There is a fully stocked kitchen with 3 bar stools at the countertop, and the dining area table seats up to 6. There is a half bath with a shower only that is also located on this level.
On the upper level are the 2 bedrooms and a stacked washer and dryer in the hallway at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a Queen bed and A 39-inch flat-screen TV with cable, a walk-in closet, and access to a small deck with a bistro table and two chairs. The second bedroom has a Queen bed. Both bedrooms share a Jack and Jill full-size bathroom with a single sink vanity and shower/tub combo.
Summer guests can enjoy the deck and yard and can access outdoor furniture, yoga mats, a hose for rinsing bikes and gear, a corn hole game, a cooler, and camp chairs. A shed on the back deck is also available for secure storage of your outdoor gear. This condo does not have A/C.
Complex Features: The Andora Villa condominiums are located near downtown Ketchum. This quiet villa overlooks tranquil Trail Creek and is about two blocks from downtown Ketchum, and approximately 1/2 mile from the River Run ski lifts access area. This complex offers a peaceful escape but also has easy access to entertainment, dining, and outdoor recreation. There is a free shuttle that picks up near the complex that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, as well as Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.
Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. The condo was nicely appointed with new amenities. Location great, easy walk to main district, quiet and near creek and walking trails. There were some maintenance issues, ie the fireplace blower heating the unit which was quickly addressed by maintenance. There were some other inconveniences i.e. downstairs sink draining slowly, window opening mechanism not working, handle in bathtub fell off but we were able to enjoy our time there. Management responsive to urgent issues. Sun Valley a beatutiful area to visit.
