Please note that starting in September 2026, the complex will be undergoing an extensive exterior renovation project that is expected to extend into March 2027. The project will be noisy and there will be times when your balcony will not be accessible.
Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals is pleased to present this hotel like suite residence with an efficiency kitchen at Salt Air Villas on St. Simons Island. Salt Air Villas are spacious and well appointed with large walk-in showers in addition to a large tub in the bathrooms and lovely, comfortable furnishings. Each residence features a private balcony. The community amenities include a swimming pool, gated entry and covered parking.
Salt Air 210 features an efficiency kitchen with two-burner cook top, full refrigerator in addition to a small bar refrigerator, sink, private balcony and a stackable washer and dryer.
This community is conveniently located near the St. Simons Island pier, village shops and restaurants, lighthouse and oceanfront Neptune Park. Walk or bike on the paved path to the village area and all over the Island! Additionally, Salt Air Villas are located less than 3/4 of a mile from the public beach access at Neptune Road.

We spent 11 nights in this location. We based our choice on the pictures on VRBO. Unfortunately, the pictures do not accurately depict the unit in some areas. Pictures made it appear larger than it really was. Space was already tight and additional chairs had been added cluttering the space. Exhaust fans in bathroom were full of dust and lint, caulk in kitchen behind faucet was moldy, lighting needs to be updated to brighten things up, and sliding door to deck is hard to open. Also light on bottom of microwave was out. (All noticed issues were reported to Hodnett Cooper for fixing.). On the positive side the property is quiet, has a very nice unheated pool, location is close to downtown, and has a very nice parking garage with elevator to your floor. Also nice to have a washer and dryer for our extended stay.
We love St Simons Island and have stayed there other times. We will be back, maybe just not in this unit.
