This is a 3 Bedroom unit. It was remodeled in the fall of 2022.
Master has a king and sliding doors accessing the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Bedroom number 2 has two queen beds. Bedroom 3 has a king and faces the north with a big window view of the highway and parking lot. The living room features a Sofa and recliner.
The unit is directly across the road from a seafood restaurant. It is walking distance to Live Bait.
Wal-Mart Marketplace, Rouses, and Publix is only a short drive, less than 5 minutes. Many restaurants are located within a 10 minute drive during normal traffic. Golf and fishing is only minutes away. It is about a 40 minute drive to the Blue Angles.

This wonderful property has easy beach access, comfortable bedrooms and living area, a well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and convenience to shopping--everything we were looking for!

Great beach front condo which has everything you could need for a family trip! Super clean and easy access to many restaurants and stores. There was plenty of parking which makes such a difference. The correspondence with the owner Corey Hill was amazing!

Unit was clean and many amenities updated. The entry into Romar Towers is a bit tricky the first time, and there was some construction/upgrades going on in surrounding units; all of which were not the owner's fault. We had a slight issue with the satellite receiver in the main room/tv at times, and the previous occupants didn't leave in TP in the place, so make sure to bring your own.
Overall a nice place to stay, convenient location, and not too many other condos in the building, so it wasn't packed.
