SooBali Niscala Villa 5 Bedroom

Complete facilities, quiet area, clean and spacious, good service from the staffs. I also like how you provide fruits as welcoming snacks instead of drinks, really creative.

Need to improve the bathroom area, especially the shower.

The villa was perfect for both a family and singles / couples. Layout was perfect, closed in and air conditioned

air con in one room not the best

Bedrooms were air condition and were spacious.

When we arrived to the villa, we were under the impression our villa was in Canggu as stated on the booking, it’s not, it’s in Umalas which is 15-20 minute drive from Canggu. Everything was otherwise normal and nice then everything just started getting worse, our shower had a pile of bull ants that I only noticed once I was in there so I spent my whole shower time getting rid of them that felt like forever. We got our villa cleaned everyday… so we thought, I’m not sure what cleaning they actually did because we had squashed mosquito on one of the pillows, so we left it off the bed on the floor for the cleaners to change the pillow case and once we got back to our villa nothing was changed and the pillow with the mosquito was back on our bed touching all our other pillows, so from that day I didn’t bother with getting anything cleaned. All the dishes and cutlery felt dirty and unusable. I wouldn’t be staying here again or recommending this villa.
