The amenities and staff were amazing. The entire layout of the villa was awesome and suited our group perfectly. Honestly perfect for big size families and groups like ours (12 people). The staff were super friendly and very helpful. It was easy to communicate with staff with whatever we needed and they made us all feel very welcomed and comfortable with our stay.
It wasn’t as clean as it looked. The floor in our room was quite dusty, the window ceiling wasn’t clean and the bedsheets smelt like wet clothes that hadn’t dried properly but once we told the staff, they were happy to change our bedsheets and mop the floor which was good. They also had a good attitude towards this when we brought this to their attention which was really nice to see.

Our stay at Andaman Villa was incredible, Sonny and all the staff were so welcoming and friendly and helped us with anything we needed, truly went above and beyond and made our stay amazing. The villa is amazing, so spacious and massive pool, clean big rooms and nice areas to relax. We were celebrating a 30th birthday and Sonny and the staff made it the most memorable time. Thank you!

The staff were excellent and helpful.
Arief answered many questions before our visit on WhatsApp and during our stay (organising cars etc.).
Size of the property the large pool and clean bedrooms worked well for our group of 10.
The staff organised a very tasty Christmas dinner for our family for which we were really grateful.
We felt secure and safe at all times.
This was mainly a self-catering holiday. Unfortunately, the kitchen oven didn't work, and bread toaster only cooked on one side. We wanted to cook on the premises as we were with young children needing to be fed.
Advertised on Booking.com as Canguu and it certainly isn't there.
