About this villa rental
This second floor Villamare unit has been beautifully updated to match your expectations! The Kitchen contains custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops while being fully equipped with the necessities of home. The Kitchen opens up to the Dining and Living areas of the condo. The Dining Area comfortably seats six. The Living Room has been tastefully decorated with a contemporary yet comfortable theme, while sharing beautiful wood floors with the entire condo.
The Primary bedroom has a King bed, leather recliner and its own en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of a granite double vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. On the other side of the condo is the Guest Bedroom with its two, yes two, King-size beds along with yet another en-suite Guest Bathroom. The Guest Bathroom has a granite vanity and a tiled tub and shower combination.
Villamare has completed a multi-million-dollar pool renovation, creating a luxury beachfront experience with upgraded amenities. Highlights include a saltwater main pool and spa for families, a tranquil adults-only pool for guests 21+, and a year-round heated indoor pool and spa. Additional features include a modern fitness center, sauna, renovated restrooms, oceanview sun decks, gas grilling stations, and a cozy fire pit. Guests also enjoy private beach access, covered and uncovered parking, and elevator access to all floors. Outdoor pools are heated from March 15–May 1 and October 15–December 1, while the indoor pool and hot tub are heated year-round.

Arrival instructions could have been clearer. Arrived in dark and spent quite a bit of time trying to find condo. Instructions could have been upon entering complex turn left for building 2. Enter unit from garage. Our guest had to have and item overnighted by UPS. Guestbook instructions were to have it sent to office at Palmetto address. Did so then alerted office of arrival, only to have them tell us it should go directly to our unit. Was able to have address changed before shipping but book needs to be revised. Tub drained too slow. Got worse by last day. Caulking on tub need to be re-done, looks dirty. Checkout instructions said to put garbage at a certain location but no indication where that was for our unit.

Even with one night of Hurricane Helene blowing through the island, our trip was full of great memories on the beach, at the courts, by the pool and hanging out.

The condo could use some tweaks; blinds did not close all the way, panels missing; in need of a new mattress, shower, curtain, and master bath bathroom shower. kitchen trashcan with a top. Or, very quick kitchen, silverware, glasses, etc..
