About this apartment rental
This 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa has great proximity to the beach. The bright kitchen opens to the dining and living areas, furnished in an upbeat, fun style. Marble and tile throughout the villa keep everything cool and crisp. Out on the patio, the ocean view is stunning. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are comfortable and spacious.
Throughout Villamare there are 2 community pools, 2 hot tubs, fitness center, as well as a picnic area, grills and fire pit! All this, and just a few sandy steps from the beach!
*HALLWAY FLOOR PAINTING TO BEGIN APRIL 13, starting with Building 3. Crews will work from the 5th floor downward. Each building is expected to take approximately one week to complete.
What to Expect
• Work hours will be 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Areas with cracks or holes will be sanded; this process will involve dust and loud noise.
• The painting process takes approximately one hour per area. Wet areas will be clearly marked and reopened once dry.
• A strong paint odor should be expected and may linger for up to two hours.

This unit is beautiful and very clean. We have been coming to Villamare for about 10 years and have always enjoyed our time there. The grounds are well kept and the new pools are very nice, We would recommend this unit.

Great property. It was clean and I loved the amenities. Plenty of room for all four of us and we truly enjoyed our stay. The host was super responsive for anything we needed. Thanks!

Property was very clean, location was fantastic and the management company did a great job of keeping us up to date on any requests or issues. Would definitely rent this unit again.
