Location of this unit was fantastic. Super easy beach access and great pools (1 adult quiet pool and 1 family pool). Unit cleaning was a bit to be desired. biggest miss was the coffee and grounds left in the pot for what appeared to be weeks due to the abundance of mold. Maintenance folks got it taken care of the first day so that was good. You can see the ocean, but not the beach from the unit. And you have a little bit of a view of the adult pool. Palmetto Dunes location was great. Felt very secure the whole time we were there. Gentle sloping beach and calm waters were perfect for small children. Overall great first trip to Hilton Head!

The Villamare is a beautiful facility, gorgeous grounds and well kept. Right on the beach with two beautiful pool areas. This unit was lovely and well appointed with a nice view over the trees into the ocean. Host set us up nicely for check in and communicated in a very timely way.
