Very enjoyable stay, good communication from Alex and would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, modern and spacious. Good location next to a Metro stop. A lot of good cafés around the square. No issues with the area, we felt safe and it seems fine at night as well

The only thing that was a very slight issue was the very ancient lift that only fitted one person at a time. Therefore, most times when we got back two of us would have to climb five flights of stairs. However, we knew this before we came and therefore I wouldn't say it was a problem, as long as you are relatively fit.

Beautiful apartment however on the 5th floor with no working elevator.

The apartment itself was fantastic, 3 bedrooms, kitchen with living room and all of the beds are very comfortable. The amenities are updated and work well.

We were staying of the 5th floor and were told there would be a functioning elevator, however when we got there it didn’t work and one of the residents advised it hasn’t worked in a long time. When asked if it could be fixed, the technician didn’t come due to a public holiday. Therefore all of us had to carry heavy suitcase up 5 flights of stairs, up and down. The location was also in the residential area and was 15 mins drive or 40 min walk to really anywhere.

Spacious Apartment great hosts. Good value.

Very spacious apartment with lots of light. The hosts Harry and Alex were very lovely and Alex came to meet us arriving with a bottle of white wine which was a nice touch. The apartment was spotless and the balcony was roomy. There were 3 bedrooms, a small but sufficient kitchen, 2 WC rooms, a lounging area and a good size table and chairs. Lots of positives about this place and good value for money.

Whilst it was only a 10 min walk to the centre the area isn’t great and I would not be happy for my teens to walk it alone. Also the view from the balcony was of some dilapidated buildings.

Good location, just next to the metro station. Near the centre. Spacy apartment. The owner was communicative. We should leave our luggage in his coffee shop after check-out (approx 1,3 km away).

Very soft beds. Internet connection was rather slow. Very "nature" surrounding just two streets away (but it´s not a problem of the apartment).

Lovely 3 bedroom top-roof appartement with terrace and nice living room

This appartement is very nicely furnished, spacious and comfortable. The owner was super nice and helped us with everything we needed. The equipment is pretty new. There are two toilets in the appartement and even a washing machine. Air-conditioning works well and you can sleep in darkness if you wish (the windows have outer rollets). The metro station is less than 1 minute walk from the entrance of the building - it is clean, cheap and we felt safe. You can reach the city centre within 10 minutes (Sintagma square 3 stations, Acropolis 4 stations...).

There is nothing wrong about the appartement itself. Regretably, I cannot say the same about the building and surroundings. The building is old, with tiny elevator and some abondoned flats. This wouldn´t be the main problem. I strongly urge everyone chosing this appartement to take metro or taxi to get here. Don´t go here through Omonia district - this neighbourhood is a disaster. I had the feeling that in one direction from the flat you are in "Bronx" while in the other one, everything is OK. To sum it up, we liked the appartement and its owner a lot and if you come by metro/taxi, you won´t notice anything "special".

Very confortable and nice appartement, everything was new. The flat is very clean, and with a good proportion. The terrace was amazing and the view was picturesque and charming.

The electric kettle didn't work. Also we wish we had a mirror and a shower in the second bathroom. Warning with the lift, because we were stuck in it. Warning: The neighborhood can be scary, because there are a lot of drug addicts downstairs; but nothing's was annoying. but just for prevent, I know I'll never bring my kids there if I had it.

Das Apartment war groß und sehr schön. Der Kontakt war super, sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar. Die Wohnung liegt gleich neben einer Metrostation. Sie war toll klimatisiert. Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. 👍🏻😊
