The apartment was comfortable clean and well equipped. The host offered a free towel change. The location was close to the metro and city center

Half of the balcony was constantly wet from neighbors AC. While the location is in the center it's also a local hotspot for junkies and homeless, especially at night. If this theme makes you uncomfortable you should probably avoid Omonia. Though, they don't really interact with tourists that much.

Mar25 by Smart Cozy Suites is a comfortable and well-located place to stay in Athens. It's within easy walking distance of the metro, making it convenient to explore the city's major attractions and get around without a car. The host was attentive, responsive, and made the stay smooth from check-in to check-out. We had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Overall, it's a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, convenient, and well-managed place to stay in Athens.

A lot of space, clean, the owner brought us hairdryer immediatelly upon request.

It was a little cold in this time of the year (in summer maybe convenient). But the airconditioning was doing the heating (in each room). Neighbourghood is a little shady, but you just need to know which streets to avoid and you’ll be good, also it means a lot of cool pubs and bars are close.

The location was near lots of restaurants and transit and many things to do were walking distance. The place was modern looking and clean and had the basics. The air conditioning worked well and the lighting was nice.

There were plug-ins for a bedroom tv in the wall but no TV except in the living room which was annoying. The location while convenient is extremely sketchy and dirty/smelly and lots of needles on the ground and homeless people around, definitely be careful at night if you are walking (but really any time of day). Getting into the building is really tedious and there is only a tiny, hot, single elevator or long stairs to get up and at night the lighting in the stairwell is off so it's pitch black. Overall this property looks much better online than the actual experience staying there and we would not go there again, we were thankful it was only two nights.
