The thatched, 72m ² house on Strelasund is a detached, comfortable and lovingly furnished holiday home, which leaves nothing to be desired. In the 500m ² garden you can spend time in the most pleasant way - on one of the three terraces having breakfast in the morning sun, relaxing in a deckchair, playing a game of badminton or having a barbecue in the evening sun. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven and ceramic hob) invites you to cook and enjoy - a small collection of recipes offers suggestions - suitable herbs are available in the cottage garden. In the cozy living room with TV, DVD player and a small music system is also on rainy days no boredom. In the extensive holiday library is certainly a suitable reading. Even small guests will find something to look at and browse. There is also a small movie collection and numerous board games. You sleep under the new thatched roof on comfortable mattresses - there are 2 bedrooms with a total of 5 beds - one bedroom has a double bed (180x200), the other bedroom is equipped with three single beds (90x200). The non-smoking house is largely geared to the needs of allergy sufferers. Location & surrounding area: The property is located on the outskirts of Stahlbrode in a quiet cottage area with no through traffic. The only access road is used only by residents. From the house to the beach, it is only 300m walk. The natural beach is more familiar and comfortable. The shore is shallow and therefore ideal for small water rats and surf beginners. The environment invites you to be active: Stahlbrode is located exactly between the Hanseatic cities of Stralsund and Greifwald and opposite the island of Rügen - you can comfortably take the ferry directly from Stahlbrode in 20 minutes. Usedom, the Darß and the Müritz National Park are also easily reached by car or in combination Bahn & Fahrrad. Or explore the area by bike or on foot - tour descriptions and maps can be found in the house. For the physical well-being provide the local fishermen with their wide range of fresh and smoked fish. You can also stop by the café / restaurant Fährhaus am Hafen and in the nearby LandWert-Hof (café / restaurant) and shop in the farm shop. Bicycles, fishing equipment and boats can be rented in the village.
