The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a size of about 57 sqm. The apartment has a south-facing terrace and a parking space in the underground car park. From the underground car park you can take the elevator to the apartment. The stylish apartment offers a large living room with kitchen and dining area and a comfortable sofa bed for 2 more people. The large bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a comfortable double bed. It also offers space for a travel cot. (Extra bed on request by the housekeeping). Underfloor heating is installed in the entire apartment and from every room you can go outside to the terrace. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a large mirror. A hair dryer and a bathroom scales are available. Furthermore, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, combi microwave with grill and hot air, kettle, Tassimo coffee machine, egg cooker, orange press and toaster. In addition, we offer for entertainment an LCD satellite TV with radio, a DVD player and a speaker for mobile devices (smartphones, MP3 players) with dock for iPhone and iPad, and free Wi-Fi.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. However, it is possible to smoke on the terrace. Pets allowed (6.00 € / night and one-time 12.00 €, pet cleaning).
Additional services: Linen set is chargeable to book. A travel cot and a children's high chair are available to our little guests free of charge in the apartment. Other travel cots and highchairs are available for a fee.
