In this bright and comfortable 2-room apartment with bicycles for 2 persons and a toddler enjoy your Baltic Sea holiday near the beach. Equipment Your barrier-free apartment on the 2nd floor in Boltenhagen offers a combined living / dining area with attached dining area. It serves meals prepared in the kitchenette. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired and contains a microwave, a dishwasher and a coffee machine. Relax on the fine leather couch in the living area with TV, DVD player and mini stereo system. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe with plenty of space for the holiday wardrobe. In the bathroom with toilet you have a shower, hair dryer and towel dryer available. Special features This non-smoking apartment is barrier-free: It is suitable for people with mobility problems, seniors and allergy sufferers. Smoking is possible on the large furnished south-facing balcony. The price includes two bicycles for trips in the area. Pets are not allowed in this apartment!Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no responsibility for the provided bicycles. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for renting replacement bicycles can take over if the bikes are broken, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The bikes are offered as a bonus with and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.
