Thus, it is also ideal for families with children or seniors.   Facilities The family-friendly and modern furnished apartment is comfortably equipped for 4 persons plus 1 infant. The living room offers with its harmonious color accents and the cozy furniture as well as a separate dining area for 4 people enough space for convivial hours. Satellite TV and a music system provide multimedia entertainment here. The separate modern kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, stove / ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, small electrical appliances and plenty of dishes and Co. Furthermore, you will find in the apartment a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, here is a fixed cot for our smallest guests set up. A guest bedroom with two single beds will find dear guests in the second bedroom in front. A large, bright bathroom with shower, corner bath and vanity separate from the separate toilet room allow here even with full occupancy a smooth flow at any time of day. The high chair provided in the apartment can be used free of charge. Enjoy the wonderful Baltic Sea air on your large furnished southeast terrace.  Bring your barbecue or buy spontaneously on site, because the barbecue is allowed here. The spacious garden invites you to linger and relax. Furthermore belongs to the apartment directly at the house a free outdoor parking space for your car. Special features A small playground at the entrance to the new holiday village and thus only 4-5 minutes away, provides fun for the little guests. The bedrooms have shutters for darkening. Smoking is only possible on the terrace. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two persons incl. Utilities.
