This handicapped accessible 2-room apartment with connected living and dining area is well suited for a beach holiday for two in Boltenhagen on the Baltic Sea. Facilities Central to the barrier-free 2-room apartment is the spacious, bright living area with comfortable upholstered furniture and integrated modern kitchenette. The equipment of the comfortable holiday home is completed by the bedroom with TV and adjustable beds and the large shower room. In the spacious wardrobe you can easily put your wardrobe down. The south-facing terrace to the green with its rustic beach chair and other garden furniture invites you to relax. Special features The non-smoking apartment guarantees ideal conditions for seniors and disabled, so you can get along well with the wheelchair: * The high quality beds by VÖLKER are electrically adjustable by pressing a button. * Behind the middle wardrobe door hides a practical division of the clothes rails in 2 heights (lower bar 119cm high, shelf about 124cm high, above is another clothes rail). * In the bathroom you will find a walk-in shower with enough space (97x119cm) with shower curtain and 4 large grab rails and a shower stool. The toilet has a seat height of 48cm and is also equipped with a large handle. The sink is 83cm high (not height adjustable). * The kitchen worktop has a comfortable height of 91.5cm. * The apartment is completely on the ground floor, the only small threshold is the exit to the terrace with a height of 2cm. * Door widths: entrance door = 93cm, patio door = 90cm, interior door bathroom and bedroom = 82cm. The apartment has an underground parking space, the distance to the beach and the Baltic Sea is 300 meters. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.
