The apartment on approximately 49 square meters has a combined living / kitchen area with comfortable, extendable sofa area, a comfortably equipped kitchen including dining area with matching chairs. The living room leads directly onto the furnished terrace facing south-west. A bedroom with double bed and a modern shower room with toilet leave nothing to be desired. Smaller children will of course receive a travel cot and a highchair on request. Special features Roller shutters are installed on all windows, ensuring visual and sun protection. A private storage room in the hotel's own cellar and a free parking space in the underground car park are available to you dear guests free of charge. Furthermore, there is a travel cot with mattress, a Nespresso capsule machine, a sandwich maker, a hand mixer and a second Smart TV in the living room and a flat screen TV in the bedroom for you dear guests. A washing machine is in the basement in the laundry room. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities.
