Equipment The open kitchen with first-class household appliances and dining area invites you to cozy meals. There is also a comfortable upholstery group. Through a glass door, the guest gets straight to the furnished balcony. Here you can enjoy the wonderful air of the Baltic Sea. On the second floor is the bedroom, which contains a double bed and a single bed. To the sanitary facilities belongs next to the modern shower and a separate guest toilet. The hypoallergenic apartment is complemented by a storage room in the basement of the complex and a parking space in the underground car park. Special features In addition to two TV sets and a DVD player, the tenants also have a free Wi-Fi connection available. Since the beach near park villa is located in the center, so in Boltenhagen center, there are only short distances to shops, restaurants and spa management. Information about the bicycles & carts Dear guests, please understand that we have no responsibility for the provided bicycles. Cost of upcoming repairs or Costs for renting replacement bicycles can take over if the bikes are broken, you do not agree or not available at the moment. The bikes are offered as a bonus with and if something breaks, we need at least a week to fix the damage or even get a replacement. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night including bed linen. Towels are not included.
