This family-friendly furnished apartment for up to 4 people plus small child is ideal for a fun-filled family and beach holiday on the Baltic Sea in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen. Facilities The approximately 56 square meters large non-smoking apartment is accessible via the hotel elevator barrier-free and senior citizens. It has a bright and comfortably furnished living area with open kitchen, dining area and access to the balcony facing south east. Furthermore, it has a master bedroom with comfortable double bed and spacious wardrobe, a children's room with bunk beds and a modern shower room with toilet. For smaller children is a high chair in the apartment. An additional cot is provided on request of course. Special features The apartment includes a storage room in the basement and a free parking space in the underground car park. The slatted frames in the large bedroom are electrically adjustable. In the bedrooms there are fly screens on the windows. In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set.  The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. Room service - includes bed linen freshly made beds for all guests over 4 years, the final cleaning after departure and a Fewo starter package including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc. Tourist tax - the settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival. The spa tax is for all persons over 16 years in the period 01. 05. - 30. 09. of each year 2.10 Euro per person day, reduced from 50% disability 1.00 Euro and in the period from 01. 10 - 30. 04. of each year 1.50 euros per person day, reduced from 50% disability 0.70 euros.
