All apartments have terraces or balconies, underfloor heating, decentralized ventilation and bathrooms with floor-level showers. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, the Villa Cara in the Seestraße is the perfect starting point and at the same time the perfect place to retire and to find peace and relaxation. The apartments include a parking space directly in front of the house.
2-room apartment:
The Villa Cara thrilled by their unique camp in the Baltic Sea community Börgerende-Rethwisch. This individually furnished apartment on the ground floor is located 50 meters behind the dunes near the beach and has a terrace and a parking space next to the house. You can expect accommodation with a cozy living room. Here you will find a comfortable corner couch, an inviting dining area, a small stereo and a flat screen TV. In the open kitchen area with a well-equipped kitchen you have a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave with integrated oven, hob with ceramic hob, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
