The Hanseatic City of Wismar levies a visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax of 5% on the travel price of the booked accommodation. This is not included in the travel price and will be billed separately upon booking. Since the visitor’s tax/overnight stay tax is not based on the number of guests, visitors to the Hanseatic City of Wismar will not be issued a visitor’s card.

The apartment accommodates up to 5 people and is perfect for families, couples, or small groups who want to combine the Baltic Sea, culture, and North German charm.
Feel at Home [&] Relax The vacation apartment features tasteful furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Two cozy bedrooms—one with a large double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), a sleeper sofa, and a crib; the other with two single beds—ensure restful nights. The central location of the bedrooms and the light-filled rooms create a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Comfortable AmenitiesThe accommodations are fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay:
- Separate kitchen with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, toaster, and drip coffee maker—ideal for cooking together and enjoying cozy meals.
- Modern bathroom with a bathtub and hair dryer—perfect for a relaxing start to the day.
- Flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, radio, and other amenities ensure entertainment and comfort.
- Includes final cleaning, a linen package, a high chair, and a travel crib—ideal for families with children.
Enjoy the Outdoors: The vacation rental features a beautiful garden area with seating where you can spend sunny hours or wind down the day with a glass of wine. There is a storage area available for your bicycles, and free parking is also available right next to the house. Please note that construction work is scheduled on "Zierower Landstraße." As a result, direct access to the vacation rental will not be possible. In that case, please use the free parking spaces near “Roller.” It’s about a 150-meter walk to the vacation rental.
