The house is located in the quiet district of Wendorf and was completed in 2014.
The house is spread over two floors. The living / dining room with kitchenette and bathroom are on the ground floor. There are two bedrooms upstairs. The living / dining room is furnished with a cozy sitting area with dining table and corner bench, a television and a well-equipped kitchenette. In the bathroom you will find a shower, a vanity and a toilet. One bedroom has a double bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. The second bedroom has two single beds, each 90 cm x 200 cm.
In the garden there is a terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and a play / sunbathing area.
The city of Wismar is a World Heritage Site. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The beach is about one and a half kilometers away.

Kleines Haus mit Ess-und Kochbereichc sowie Bad im Erdgeschß. Schlafraum im Dachgeschoß. Für weniger bewegliche Mieter ungeeignet. Der Kühlschrank hat kein Tiefkühlfach. Der Gartengrill ist vom vorherigen Benutzer nicht gereinigt worden. Kein WLAN. Es würde sinn machen, die unbenutzten Betten mit einer Tagesdecke abzudecken.

Bei der Suche nach einer Ferienwohnung an der Ostsee sind wir auf dieses Häuschen gestoßen und waren sehr begeistert. Ein einfaches Radio für Musik und Informationen könnte nachgerüstet werden und wäre empfehlenswert. Dass in dem Haus keine WLAN vorhanden ist, war mir bekannt, hat aber dennoch gefehlt. Ansonsten haben wir die eine Woche sehr genossen.

Das Objekt ist für zwei Erwachsene geeignet. Da es im Treppenhaus keine hinreichende Fensterverdunkelung gibt, sind die dort gelegenen Betten auch nicht für Kinder geeignet.
Die Tischtennisplatte ist uneben, Schläger und Bälle nicht neuwertig. Kaffeemaschine arbeitete nur mühsam. Die Terrasse muss eine Randsicherung bekommen. Unfallgefahr! Ich musste meine Frau auffangen, als sie sich mit dem Gartenstuhl zurück bewegen wollte. Vermieter freundlich.
