Far away from mass tourism, right by the Convent Nature Reserve, where rare birds have their home, is the idyllic former fishing village Börgerende. From the bedroom window of our apartment you can see the Conventer lake. Old thatched fishermen's cabins and wonderfully reconstructed half-timbered houses give the place a very special charm. The Ostseeradwanderweg leads directly through Börgerende on beautiful natural sand / gravel beach along. Swimming, relaxing on the beach, water sports, endless walks right on the sea. Trips by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path to Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn. A ride on the Molli (steam train), golfing, horse riding & # 133; - everything is possible.
In the former fishing village, just 500 meters from the beautiful natural beach and in a quiet location, is the 2017 newly built holiday property. The object has individually furnished apartments. All accommodations have balconies or terraces. Our apartment is located in 1. First floor & # 150; reachable via a generous outside staircase. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating.
Our guests will find here in every season comfort and cosiness and, accordingly, the opportunity for rest and relaxation. The high-quality modern furnished apartment has a total living space of approximately 55 square meters.
The living and dining area is equipped with a modern fitted kitchen and various kitchen appliances such as toaster, egg cooker, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, stove with ceramic hob and oven.
There is also a very nice large fridge, which provides enough cold drinks, especially on hot days.
In the kitchen area, a large pull-out table and 4 chairs complete the modern design.
The cozy sofa in the light-filled living area is ideal for relaxing and can also be used for sleeping.
From the living area leads to the balcony, whose 2 large double doors can also be opened. The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and seat cushions.
There is also a clothes dryer to put up with brackets.
A staircase in the living area leads to the sleeping area, which has a double bed with a bed, separate mattresses (1.80 x 2.00 m) and 2 bedside tables. There are two large skylights, which allow good ventilation of the bedroom.
The roof windows are equipped with special roller blinds that prevent the room from heating up and darken the room very well.
