A child-friendly apartment with a lot of comfort in a charming beach villa directly on the Baltic Sea. ��Equipment In the open kitchen with a cozy dining area various equipment are available, including microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the sitting area is extensible and can serve as a resting place for two guests. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, in the nursery is next to two single beds still room for a travel cot (included). The modern bathroom has a shower and bath. The beachfront apartment has two balconies that invite you to spend nice hours outdoors. Special features There is a washing machine and dryer available, as well as consumer electronics such as a flatscreen TV and DVD player. The beach villa in the Baltic Sea Boltenhagen is surrounded by beautiful gardens. For toddlers there is a playground. Up to 2 pets are welcome (each plus 10 € / Üb.)! Dear guests and prospective customers, we are happy to inform you that a new four-star hotel called "Baltischer Hof" of the hotel group "Wyndham" in Dünenweg 3 is currently under construction. Expected by the end of 2020, guests of the seaside resort Boltenhagen can enjoy the new hotel with restaurant, a small spa and wellness area and a nice view. Thus it can come here in this time from time to time also to noise disturbances! Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked for € 9.00 per set. The settlement of the tourist tax is on arrival.
