Equipment The 2-room apartment offers 60 square meters of space for a maximum of four people. So close to the Baltic Sea you can start and finish off the day perfectly on the two terraces of the apartment. The apartment has a connected living and dining area with integrated kitchenette (ceramic hob, oven and dishwasher available), a friendly shower room with toilet and a bedroom with comfortable double bed. An extendable Murphy bed is located in the living area and here are 2 more guests sleep. Special features The non-smoking apartment is also suitable for young families. A cot and a high chair are available in the apartment. A car parking is included and a flat-own washing machine is in the cellar of the house. Expected by the end of 2020, guests of the seaside resort Boltenhagen can enjoy the new hotel with restaurant, a small spa and wellness area and a nice view. Thus it can come here in this time from time to time also to noise disturbances! In the apartment no pets are allowed. Booking information The price is for the occupancy of two people including utilities. Each additional person € 10.00 per night incl. Bedding. Towels are not included.
