House in a quiet subdivision located between the villages of Valbonne, Biot, and Roquefort. 20 minutes from the sea. Conveniences at 800m (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, gas, doctor).

Zeer leuke woning om vakantie in door te brengen.
Rustig gelegen. Op 5 minuten rijden is er een bakker, slager en een grote supermarkt. Het leuke dorpje Valbonne is vlakbij.
Goed gelegen om uitstappen te maken naar de grotere steden, het strand, etc ....

It’s very convenient accommodation for the family with 2 kids. Safe swimming pool with the alarm system!very clean, which is sometimes a distinctive feature in France. Everything correspond to the pictures. Authentic provencal village Valbonne in 5-7 min drive.

really lovely pool , very clean.
house is fully cooled.
house is very close to the supermarket, bakery,.. about 1,5 km max.
Valbonne is very pretty and about 10 min drive, nice road and easy.
the house is in the centre of plenty small town ,villages, ... to visit.
Wifi should be better, no good reception outside in garden.
owners are living just next to house, but we had no problems. gardens are next to each other.
clean, cooled, and max pool.
