About this villa rental

Quiet, not overlooked, in a private domain with caretaker (Val d'azur) located between Valbonne and Biot (large swimming pool, 3 tennis courts, pétanque field). Villa with south-facing terrace, swimming pool and garden (sea view / Antibes lighthouse). Living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower room. Equipped kitchen, . internet, TV (channel +). For rent in July and August.
Located 20 minutes from Nice and Cannes airports, 10 to 15 minutes from the sea and Antibes, 5 minutes from Valbonne and biot 4km from Opio golf course.

Extremely relaxing stay in This property with our grown up family. The house is charming and well appointed with everything you need. The outdoor space was exceptional and we loved lounging by the pool in the perfect peace and quiet. The hosts were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our queries. Would love to return again one day.

Nice place with butyfull Garden, but the bedroom upstairs was very hot so we had problems with sleeping.

We have stayed for a week in this very nice villa, 2 famillies: 4 adults and 3 kids; the house is perfect, a lot of facilities, the seimming-pool perfect; the location good, within 20/40 mins to different placen on the coast; the owners of the house very nice and helpful with info and available for us over the phone when we needed their help; all in all we enjoyed our stay, we recommend it and for sure we will come back here; Thank you, Isabel & Thierry!
