Buena vista, buena cama, buena ducha, buen AC.
Tiene estacionamiento para las motos.
El personal nos ayudó a resolver algunos problemas y situaciones.
Por ejemplo, otro cliente “tomó” uno de nuestros cascos desde nuestra moto y el personal lo encontró rápidamente al revisar las cámaras de seguridad.
Nos tenían una habitación sin ventana. Después de haber reservado una con fotos con ventana y de haber enviado un mensaje pidiendo que tuviera ventana 🤦🏻 Nos solucionaron el problema después de exigirlo, ya que su primera respuesta fue que efectivamente no ponían las fotos correspondientes 🤯
El personal fue muy amable pero era muy difícil y lento comunicarse ya que no hablan nada de inglés.
El housekeeping a las 8:30am 🥴😴
También tuve la terrible oportunidad de comunicarme con el dueño.
