    We arrived via overnight bus early in the morning at the hotel. Hotel staff was kind enough to let us use a spare room for shower as our room is not ready. When we finally check in our room, the room was very clean and all was good. Hotel also helped us find a driver back to Hanoi when we needed help on that plus he did not overcharge on the fare needed too. Much appreciated.
