2266-Amazing newly furnished apt,on golf, sea view

Apartamento confortavel com todas as comodidades para uns dias de férias. Terraço superior impecavel para uns banhos de sol mas acabamos por nao usar muito por opção própria. Preferimos a praia. Localização não é excelente mas de carro chega-se rapido ao centro de Estepona (15min) e tem supermercados perto. Contudo é um condominio sossegado com vista para o golfe. Dizer que tem vista mar é esticar um pouco a corda pois está lá ao longe. Tem piscinas para adultos e crianças. Tem lugar de garagem que dá muito jeito.

O ar condicionado estava avariado e infelizmente só no ultimo dia é que vieram reparar. Com noites de 29/30 graus fez um pouco de falta. Houve confusao com a chave de acesso à piscina e obrigou a uma nova ida à loja onde se levantam as chaves para fornecer acesso.

The flat was great, fabulous roof terrace too and amazing seaviews. Very well equipt kitchen. Lovely quiet relaxing location. Private parking space with lift straight to the flat was good. Great aircon & shower.

The Zap office is 15 mins away by car and is closed for siesta for a couple of hours in middle of the day, you’ve got to coordinate your travel plans around the key collection and drop off, a key box at the property would be way better. Took us 30mins to find the flat and the garage which was irritating. The bed is too cramped for two really, there’s enough room for a king size so not sure why they didn’t go for that. You must have a car as it’s very cut off, an hr walk to the main road. The pools are quite small, no sun loungers.
